AbstractHouse rentals nowadays are very important accommodations for most users especially for those who will be a new resident in a place. Most of built applications just provide information only instead of better information for the users to make decision for the best house rental to be reserved. Most of the users are seeking for the web application that can be able to help them in making decision for reserving the best house rental based on their requirements or criteria. Therefore, House Rental Search System (HRSS) is developed in order to guide the users in making decision for reserving the house rental based on their requirements or criteria. The scope is focuses on they who will the new resident in a place. This system will applied Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) which can help the system to search for the result based on a few requirements or criteria. AHP was developed to help decision makers to find one that best suits their goal. It has been very effective in making complicated, often irreversible decisions. Experiments will be conducted to evaluate the accuracy performance of HRSS. Hopefully it can improve the accuracy of decision making for users.

From the phenomenon, it has encouraged the system developers to develop an application which could gather much information with the integration of an online rating.
